COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The complete introductory course on Ayurveda I (TIM625) consists of two Sessions, usually scheduled over two weekends. This is registration for Session 1.
TIM625 requires no prior knowledge about the ancient system of holistic health known as Ayurveda. Topics covered are listed below.
Students may wish to also purchase the "Textbook of Ayurveda: Fundamental Principles, Vol. 1" by Dr. Vasant Lad in advance of the course.
